In 2022 Andy taught Digital Governance as a Professor of Practice in the Master's of Public Policy in Digital Society program at McMaster University.

2017-2021: Board Director at Canadian Mental Health Association’s Waterloo Wellington. Helped to direct and protect a $40 million annual budget at the largest service-delivery chapter of CMHA in Canada. Served as the Board’s Chair of Fund Development from 2019-21.
